Effect of Light's color on quickly fall asleep

A team of researchers at Oxford University have shown how different colors of light can affect your ability to sleep. As the report of Salamat News, quoting Mehr, researchers of Oxford University led by Doctor Stuart Pearson took place the mice in the three different colors of light including purple, blue and green, respectively. Doctor Pearson says: "When we put the rats during the night to light, it caused to they fall to sleep.
